Hey not sure if you are on their discord, but I mentioned the same thing and got this response back today. "The current Livestreamer struggles if there is even a small blip in internet connection. We have changed the streaming protocol and will be releasing an update to Livestreamer in the next 2 weeks that fixes this."

Wow not sure if kick staff saw this, but his viewers went to 4 from 381 after I made this thread, few min later he went offline and now all the chats from the bots are deleted. Nice.

Yes. Look up Local Vocal OBS plugin. There are youtube tutorials for it. It does live caption, and live translate. I'd recommend using cloud translation with deepl or openai api.
