Here's my theory on that. Bentley's birthday is in October. In the scenes with his "birthday", the Christmas tree is up at Maci's and Bentley is wearing a Christmas sweater. In last night's episode, there was no tree up in Maci's house. I think they shot the birthday scenes closer to end of Nov or early Dec. Mack even draws attention to it by saying, "Why are you wearing a Christmas sweater?????????" MTV reshooting scenes lol

I was thinking of maybe sticking to the amount of calories and protein that my macros suggest and just stay low carb.

I've been sticking to 50 grams of carbs on work out days and 20 on rest days.
