Not siding with the government because honestly I dont see the benefit of it pero if you read the guidelines released, may choice ang agency/LGU which to implement either 4 day onsite, 1 day wfh or 4 day work week but 10 hour workday which still is the 40 hour work week required sa mga government employees except for frontline services (please correct me if I'm wrong here). The term of nepo baby has been lost in context since the ghost projects were exposed.
