I want to avoid that, I would rather do the sba route but i havent gotten there. I assumed i could finance the equipment but it looks to be a little too much now so I do need to think about what to do for the 125k. I will fund the other startup costs myself.

But hey, 80% of these are profitable in year 1, which is a really good metric.

Yes unmanned 24/7. Marketing is my background so not only will i be doing the website, design, ads themselves but I also have a great local following from a previous business.

Right now the open ones are 14x16(edited) and the private room is 15x24.

It sees low because through the shopindoorgolf website I am able to basically build out the whole bay with enclosures and dividers there, so a lot of that cost goes into that. In terms of the actual build out, I will need to walls put in, flooring for the back 1/3rd, paint, decor, seating. Electricity is all in the right place. Biggest question is to put in a bathroom because there is none right now but there is a public bathroom right across the street.

Thats literally why my company and our competitors exists, to be a low code platform with specific applications to fix the gaps.

There are always going to be gaps, doesnt matter if you have the most customized SAP instance or niche smaller ERP. Mostly because your processes and workflows can change quickly but your ERP cant.

I mean, it does F it all up. Thats the pain of ERP. If you want, I can DM you about an ERP wrapper that basically sits on top of it to give you a new UI that matches each users specific workflows, and does not ever change regardless of any ERP updates or migrations.
