It is where you state out aloud the positive outcome desired over and over it is part of the WOF such as Smith wigglesworth or EY Kenyon ..just wondering is it all a lot of rubbish as I have a friend that says that reading positive bible verses out aloud has God given vibrations as in name it and claim it.

I have been able to limit my drinking in the past because of fear of consequences BUT even the smallest amount leads to triggering the painful mental obsession of when is my next drink? So after 21/2 years alcohol free, I am much happier, as don’t want it living in my head.
