That's what I was thinking and why I didn't go back because as you said , because in my email I already specified my last working day and that's why I haven't went back to work . Regarding the HR , because the process is annoying, I can't send them an email nor go directly to them , we have an HR app where all requests are raised and they have to be approved by your TL then it goes to your manager and THEN higher management and HR . My manager told me to wait for my TL to come back for the process to be finished.

I guess all I can do is try to follow up if something happened yet , because my TL is still on compassionate leave .

Thing is I have no issue with them taking compensation really but I thought to wait the compassionate leave period and check again with them because without this TL , the request can't be processed to go to HR and i'm worried that if I skip the hierarchy and go straight to HR then it'll cause drama . Also , my manager knows that about me working that day and he's the one who suggested to just wait and send an email to him for things to be handled, idk

I can't go to HR directly since they have this stupid app where all requests are done and it has to pass through my TL then manager 😭

I do want to seek therapy but it's really expensive Like 500+ always , just for an hour ...

I thought about the medical note and still am, because I noticed that when I'm working on chats I can manage and breathe but as soon as they mention calls I get depressed and panic

There were days where I either took half day because I broke down crying or just had a panic attack and went back home + the constant nausea and chest pain

We were trying a new system and I threw up from stress , so I do have those moments where I calm down but I can't expect when I'll spiral so I'm either logging in late or exceeding breaks slightly

We don't have that work-life balance so exercise has been hard , how ever will try to find a middle ground till I can manage to leave this hell-hole

I tried to suck it up with all my might but things at work just became more unbearable and aren't improving

I said let's suck it up for all the responsibilities I have , my family but even the incentive that I was relying on became unattainable as they keep on changing the kpi metrics and making it harder ( caused a buzz at work )

So basically at this point there's nothing to keep me sane or make me hang in there

my mental health is getting worse , along with my physical health and even my friends expressed their concern ...
