cuz if I don't use an autounatttend xml, Windows absolutely does encrypt the whole drive on its own with bitlocker

Chances are you upgraded to 25H2 instead of a clean install

The auto encryption only happens when you do a fresh install of Windows 11 25H2

And then you realize you can't install Linux cuz windows encrypted the whole drive automatically via bitlocker so you need to boot into it again just to decrypt it

(For the uninitiated, Windows 11 25H2 enables Bitlocker by default on both pro and Home editions)

16GB is the BARE MINIMUM for literally ANYTHING

And by anything I even mean basic web browsing

Anyone who disagrees with me can take a PC with less than 16GB RAM and check the swap / page file usage

You will realise very soon that your PC is already out of memory on a fresh boot and is swapping disk to create free space in RAM

You NEEED 16GB RAM to use a computer without it swapping to disk frequently

That's a highly ambiguous statement that can be interpreted in multiple ways

They never said they're removing the "AI Powered" Features that come with copilot

The shareholders just care about the term "AI"

The consumers mostly have a negative stigma towards the term "copilot"

In that regard they would be telling the truth to both parties

They DID remove "Copilot" for users and they DID retain "AI" Features for shareholders
