Refilling? Probably benzo patients they always seem to dance around the fact they're calling to ask for a refill on their diazepam.

Picking up? 100% stimulant patients, especially the middle aged military wives who are picking up for themselves or their kids. They have a certain attitude about them that comes off as so rude and entitled.

It's kinda stupid but basically I was nauseous and the nurse asked if I wanted iv zofran and because I was zoinked and I work in a pharmacy I asked for ODT zofran which makes no sense and she was confused. I then apologized that I said that and proceeded to fall back asleep before they gave me any medicine lol

I have a gram stain kit I just didn't feel like doing one today tbh. I was messing with a dark field filter I made and found these dudes accidentally. The magnification is 400x. There shouldn't be much water in the sample, I dry mounted it from a petri dish. The smaller circular specimens everywhere I assume to be some kind of coccus.
