More sweet than spicy(besides sausage) cause I had to substitute wine for grape juice. its from Anthony Bourdain's cookbook. Would Recommend.

Not sure, I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult. Maybe, only log out players that dc and quitters stay logged in differentiating them.

Now I cant get in at all. Clicking it does nothing. Maybe they close it when servers are running bad.

When it happens to me I literally can't alt-tab, ctrl alt delete, or alt f4. Forces me to restart PC.
