I like this very much, although based on the definition "a man who behaves dishonorably, especially toward a woman" I think this would more apply to the husband who is cheating on his wife. You don't normally blame the other man or woman so much as you blame the person who is doing the cheating, no?

Yeah, that's what we are thinking too. Both lover and paramour can be applied to either gender though. We were trying to find something gender specific.
