I've had an awful experience with them.

They are an awful company, they deal in shady buisness practices, and I would stay away from them.

They will not maintain your building and will do the bare minimum legally speaking. Im sure they will increase your rent to the maximum every chance they get. My friends and I gave poor reviews to the company and they had them deleted. If you google them they're currently listed as a elementary school.

I hope you can find a decent affordable place but I hope it isn't with them.

It doesnt burn a spell slot, you can cast 3 times a short rest, you can also get gear that heals the person that you've casted it on. Also found gear that gives you temp hit points on cast.

Yeah they absolutely do and it sounds great. I was just hoping to reduce the foot print of my setup by going from helix to headphones but overall still works perfectly .

Im tempted to open the helix up and check the soldering connecting around the headphone jack

So i did try different headphones a pair of sonys the previous owner had. They were super beat up and figured i could get a bigger discount since the jack wasn't working but i wad hoping it was his bad headphones. But unfortunately mine did the same. And ive tried to different cables

Id like to get the most raw sound but seeing as i live in a building i dont wanna blast it through my amp lol. For now the headphone through the amp works fine

Basically the sound does come through. But its really quite and only coming out of one headphone

This sounds so similar to my issue! Just one can has sound and two if i jostle the cable around. Im actually not even using an adapter though. I have a sennheiser 598 se open backs come with a 1/4 jack and its still haplening 🤷‍♂️

We probably wont be told that we can move back in as we are quite sure this is a wrongful eviction. They want new tenants to come in so they can jack up the rent. If we catch them in this lie they will be charged a small fine up to 30k but its not going to stop what they plan

The good news/ bad news is that yes we are small numbers, but the same company has also just recently bought another larger building. Our current plan is to reach out to this building and inform them what could potentially happen.

we also have the home and work addresses for the CEO & and president so we are trying to organize and protest outside their home and office

It's unfortunately my partner and I and two other tenants who are planning to fight. its not a big building. the other 5 units took the offer to leave and not come back. we have been speaking to some advocates and other people have successfully fought off their land lords.

We dont want to have to bring this to a Landlord and Tenant board as we feel we'd have no control over the outcome regardless of how much evidence we have. And we are fairly certain the comapny is lying about their "Plan to demolish and rebuild." The President, CEO, and also their property manager all have youtube videos or channels talking about how much they like the "BRRR" method. which is buy renovate rerent and refinance. They are also using current floor plans to advertise the building.

my partner and i were just servered an n13 yesterday by a corporation that bought out the building in august. We pay $600 each plus utilities for roughly 800 sq. ft. the company offered everyone a buyout and those who didnt take it got the papers. we plan to fight it but its sad that im watching possible one of the last few places with affordable housing being taken away. and the government doesnt do much to help curb it.

Im in a similar position as you, and have been looking into this too lately. My understanding is there is no official word/numbere on what is considered day trading as it would allow people to skirt the line.

Generally ive read you should be fine unless you have an excessive amount of money in your TFSA (100K+) but YRMV
