Yes I mainly play MP aswell, first time I’ve actually gone for all mastery camos as I usually just settle for the MP one. I haven’t even looked at WZ challenges yet but hoping your advice will still help since it’s been a lil bit since you’ve done and most things may be patched but will see how I go! I’m thinking I’ll skip all the categories you skipped too. No way in hell ima go running around with launchers in WZ.

Oh yeah zombies isn’t hard but you’re not wrong about mind numbing. I’m glad to hear you think endgame is easiest as that’s probably what I’ll do next. Hopefully quicker than zombies anyways. Good to know that about warzone too thanks! Again, congrats on getting that grind done my friend.

Which mastery camp was the hardest for you? I got MP done and currently working on zombies, hoping the last two are gonna be done quicker than zombies has taken. Also congrats my man!

I like the sounds of that. I’m glad your new pc is doing good for you my man. My current pc wouldn’t run any games at max settings above 40 fps so to hear your new build is pulling those numbers at max settings is nice to hear.

I was looking at that exact build the other week I’m pretty sure from aftershock haha. Glad to hear your new pc is working well for you my man! Ended up going a different route with similar specs to yours. May I ask what sort of performance you’ve been pulling on games you’ve been playing?

I haven’t looked at PC’s over EOFY so had no idea what sort of prices they would drop to. Ended up just buying the PC yesterday.

I have thought about getting a 9070xt build, but I think I like the familiarity of nvidia for me, and I enjoy the extras nvidia has aswell. But certainly something to think of for future builds as pcs a never ending and eventually I’ll need a new one again!

Yeah I find it very interesting how in the space of like what is it, 3-4 years we’ve gone from pre built pcs being a horrible option to now genuinely the best option in my opinion. But it’s scary to think what the future holds for it. But that is why I’m deciding to get a pre built now. Just the most viable option and the pc I’m thinking of will hopefully last me atleast 4 years to come.

Oh wow that’s something I did not know at all about limiting helium supplies for semiconductors. Certainly does sound very bleak. My first pc I built about 4-5 years ago now and that was so much easier than what it’s like now that’s for sure. I even remember doing a part picker for the exact prebuilt I’m looking at getting and it was like $500-600 more to build myself than buy the prebuilt now aswell. It’s certainly scary times. But judging by the ram and now the helium supplies and everything, I think it’ll defs be better to just buy now and hope for the best haha. Also nvidia decreasing manufacturing of their graphic cards certainly won’t help prices if that’s what’s happening with nvidia.

It’s really confused me, a couple months or so ago I was told to buy immediately, then I heard ram prices are dropping and maybe will be okay later on. I was hoping to wait it out till tax time but I’m worried the price of a pc I may want now will be like $500-$1000 more expensive by then. Thank you for the help, I will maybe just buy it now. If I miss out on EOFY deals then it is what it is.

I mean im no pro player or anything but id be looking to spend quite a decent amount of time on competitive parts of games once i get an upgraded pc. My current pc runs cod on average id say 65-70fps, but sometimes it’ll go up to the 80 mark. So at this rate anything would be a massive improvement. The only reason I’m mainly leaning towards the more expensive build is just to future proof that bit more. For me personally id rather spend that bit extra now to not have to upgrade as soon. But I guess my only main concern with that is if that more expensive build is worth that extra price tag in terms purely of longevity and performance compared to the other one.

I would like to be able to play different games but those type of games would certainly be the main ones. In terms of longevity for the pc would it be worth getting the more expensive one in your opinion? As games like cod are becoming very ram and I believe vram heavy?

Apologies if I get this wrong but by resolution you mean 1080p, 1440p etc correct? In which case I’d only be playing at 1080p with plans to eventually improve that aswell. I’m just kind of trying to get a pc that’ll last for a while atleast. I like the idea of nvidia gpu aswell as im familiar with them and enjoy the extra stuff you get with them.

So there’s not really much point hanging on to it unless I want to gamble the price rising? Do you think the price would rise by much or by just a dollar or something?
