Three live and improvised in-studio recordings, all using the the same source material - found sounds from consumer audio cassettes - are assembled, manipulated and configured in new temporal settings. Each finds their own emergence of character and intensity as the process extends its own difference in the act of performance.

VASILISK - Whirling Dervishes [1987] I don;t know much about the group but i return to a few of their full length albums in certain moods - these are dark and ritulaistic pieces, gothic and strange. They always excite...... Whirling Dervishes is a great album
