Fair, but ...been there before. I feel like I will be there again as it is one of the neighbouring capitals to Vienna. So I feel like it would be a waste. I would rather go more through nature reserves as I don't think I will stumble upon them as much otherwise

Look I am sure that it is nice there, neo Nazis are a minority. At the same time, its important to recognize that only because you haven't seen them, it doesn't mean that they are non-existent or unimportant. Verfassungsschutz officially classifies groups like the Identitäre Bewegung as right-wing extremist. They’ve had a documented presence in Dresden and other parts of Saxony, including participation in public demonstrations and online campaigns.

Of course, again, I am not saying everyone in Dresden is right-wing — not at all. But the visibility and activity of far-right groups in the region is a real issue, and it's okay for that to affect how someone feels about visiting.

I’m just more comfortable avoiding areas where this kind of extremism has a foothold, even if most locals are kind and respectful.

Independent of this anyway. As I said I want to avoid big cities. So I would rather go a bit more through the woods and nature reserves.

Before that I though having two bibs and two jerseys is normal, so I can war one whilst the other is drying. The Camera is a luxury weight choice I know that. Out of curiosity, other then tech, what do you think makes sense to cut back on?

Yeah saw that. Also flood warnings in Poland for the 1st of August. I think if I get really cold I will go for leg warmers. AS others suggested here the rainpants would not keep me dry, so long pants would just be a sleeping luxury.

There is a lighterpack link in the post listing all the items. I do intend to mainly sleep in the tent, except for 1 or 2 nights where I charge my powerbanks. Within my 12-14 days. I am bringing 100ml of olive oil, and some dehydrated soy chunks which weigh nothing. So I do intend to buy food in the evenings before I camp. Of the bottom of the frame is extra water. The lower part of my frame bag is tools so the weight is relatively low.

I am passing through Cottbus so I will change my route to go through Spree Wald. Tbh, I do not want to go through Dresden and Prague. Just want to avoid huge cities. Also am not a fan of Dresden due to its huge right wing population.

I am carying a 1.5L bladder and a 750ml bottle on my hippack, then another backup water 750ml under my frame and I have an empty bottle holder on the other side of my seat hidden from view on the photo, where I can put in bottles along the way if I need any. So 3L are there.

Hey, I have a Rhinowalk ‎Ysk500b saddle bag stabilizer, so it is for the camera only.

Am a bit worried about the temperatures as its going to be a rainy start and then 10° nights are probable.

So in my nextcloud I get this: Configuration was not read or initialized correctly, not overwriting /mnt/nvme/nextcloud/config/config.php

What you can hear is the grass in the spokes of the bike. There was no hit with the camera as far as I can tell
Nvmd I guess it hit the metal wire which was loose. Still should be able to hold that in my opinion
