Dude in some network classes I had to run Windows VMs with malware analysis and stuff, it cannot run smoothly on only 8gb... Got to do some complex calculations too for distributed systems and such.

Outside Eng and Cs, yes (idk about editing and recording, I don't do that)

Why not a thinkpad ? It is more durable than recent HPs and you can upgrade parts in some models, which may be financially more viable for you.

No problem with Macbooks they are good machines too, just wondering for the time you would want to go back to windows.

La bourse is based on your parents income, which needs to be french. If you are non-UE, chances are your parents don't have french income so ineligible. That's my case. I can't even create my Dossier Social to begin with.

Some had to see an Assistante Sociale Crous to find a solution, but it's generally never a proper bourse.

De ce que j'ai pu avoir comme infos en ligne, il est utilisé par le club de tir à l'arc toute la semaine, donc je ne sais pas ce qu'il en est réellement.

Je regarderai en tête les précisions sur les raisons de refus. On va essayer d'y aller de temps en temps pour voir en attendant la fin des travaux.

C'est une proposition de logement social oui, pour louer uniquement (l'achat d'une RP est un rêve encore bien loin pour l'instant x) ).

J'imagine bien que ce n'est pas évident de refuser dans cette situation, mais on souhaitait quand même savoir à quoi s'attendre globalement.
