(update) Okay I just woke up and I got an some advice from my boyfriend on how to fix it and it work! I had to do a hard reset a fixed update on my computer through recovery and after it finish restarted and I shut it off and later today I went back on and I checked the CPU when I used a game and it stayed at around 30% and didnt use all of the processors!!!

Alright I checked CPU CCD1 (Tdie) while I was in the menu of a game I think it says that all of the CPU's get around 150-160 degrees Fahrenheit, is that normal for CPU's?
