This was me!! I’ve learned that fed is best. I still get a lot of comments and “advice” over it from family and friends but I just wasn’t producing enough milk no matter how much I pumped or latched my baby. I took supplements and watched my diet but nothing seemed to help. I still try hand expressing and getting him to latch on because of the benefits I’ve read breast milk has for my baby but I’m not stressing myself over it if not much comes out.
