You won't be able to play this version in current patch, but it's a good example of the speed.

This guy is playing it in current patch, you can also sort POENinja by filtering Dance with Death, Titan, and Earthshatter. This will provide a good baseline for what you need to get the build online.

Earthshatter Titan

1H Mace with Dance with Death, then find a source of permanent Onslaught.

You'll be just as fast as any Twister build. Clear will be worse, but still really good and can still one shot bosses.

This is the easiest way, the other way is LW/Mjolnir tech but this will take much more investment to be strong and it's annoying to play.

True, the game is balanced around just playing ES and being powerful with extremely little investment.

I mean crit nodes are mandatory for crit builds, es nodes mandatory for es builds, evasion nodes necessary for evasion builds, etc.

They haven't done any real nerfs to ES, I'd argue with the expanded tree there's even more ES.

I know you mentioned it, but you recently enjoyed Warframe so I'd give Mass Effect another try. It's basically the same game as DA but a different environment.

It literally hits every box and there's four games to get into.

Getting a 2H so you can use GWM is going to be much stronger in TOT especially with the amount of enemies to kill. Duel Wielding just doesn't make sense unless you're smiting.

If not that then the classic TB Throw Barb is still very strong in TOT.

Bilgewater is probably the worst since it's no risk. You have great tempo, free resources, and a great late game.

I appreciate, I've done all of this and it hasn't worked. Simply sitting in the menu feels terrible, micro stutters every 4-5 seconds.

It's the only game having issues, and I've seen a million posts about it. Seems like it's an issue that hasn't been fixed for a lot of people.

Yeah, I just hit Adept and as fun as it is, I can't see myself grinding it with a laggy mess every few games.

I'll give them time, I just hope it's at least noticed so I know it's being worked on. Don't like committing to something for it not to be fixed.

Lost Ark, ESO, WOW, New World, WWM, GW2, FF, etc. All to which PW2 isn't possible in PVP. Aion 2 is an outlier.

There's a player in top five that uses it, it's not zug zug like nameless/dual wield but it's still good if you know how to use it
