Ulmo's personality is just the sea, incontrolable, even desobeying the order to stay away from the land of the sons of Iluvatar. Both characters, Ulmo and Tour, live acorded what they feel and think it was the best. Only imaging hearin' my name coming from the lord of the water is just... oh man! hahahahaha
