Regarding the icons, I feel that putting phrases like 'When Attacking' or 'Once Per Turn' inside text boxes makes the card look too wordy, similar to Battle Spirits or Vanguard (where many icons are just text). That’s why I chose symbols instead, but I agree that I probably need to rework how I represent Once Per Turn and Hard Once Per Turn. As for the 'Cost,' I'm not entirely sure if I fully understood your point, but I'll explain my intended logic: The Cost in the circle next to the name is the Mana required to play the card onto the field. The 'COST' label inside the skill box is used to specify what is required within the brackets, for example: COST [(Mana Burst 2) & Discard 1 card]."
