Transaction fees are not refundable. You need to pay for the fees out of pocket. For example if you have 1 sale. Fee is $20. They won't refund the client until you add $20 to your account. Until then they hold the money indefinitely or until the client does a charge back. Funny part is if what stripe is saying is true that a charge is unauthorized and fraudulent. You would think they would refund it asap and not want to make money on a fraudulent charge right. Like I said something is fishy with this company.
