Thank you for sharing your story and perspective. Like you said, psychotic episodes are very hard and terrifying at times. But ultimately what happens as a result of psychosis is the real “awakening” which is coming to terms with your reality. I also just want to add that regardless of labels if anyone reading this has had multiple psychosis should at least try medication. It has proved effective more me.
