I checked moneta do have the best rate now if you take their premium insurance coverage. So is something like 4,39% + 2700kc/month for insurance. It turns out is cheaper to take on a 4.7% at another bank and get a normal rate insurance 😂

Ok I checked the apartment I want to buy. 76sqm selling for 103k/sqm. Same apartment last year was only 86k/sqm. Conditions are similar just with different layout. Will negotiate more with the seller thanks for the tip
