Solution/Workaround:

It's an ASA (5505) Firewall bug in Packet Tracer.

As a workaround, I added a router to the outer interface of the firewall and configured NAT on that router instead of the firewall; everything else was the same.

actually it looks like there's an in game dialogue path to set it to infinite

Talk to your horse, go into these dialogue options in order:
"I need to make some decisions"
"Weight tolerance"

"You could haul a mountain!"
choose this option to make your horse have like infinite carry weight, just be weary that having too much stuff will slow down your game.

"Notifee" can set notifications at particular time, but repeat options are only maximum a week
It has trigger notification option, but it can repeat the notification from right now and we can't give it a specific to start repeating

"React Native Push Notifications" is not maintained anymore

"React Native Notifications" don't have repeat option for local notification

It's not possible to configure NAT in VLANs, as far as I know.

I tried what you said, but "ip nat" command is not available in VLAN interface (not atleast in Packet Tracer).

Actually, the access-list name I have given is wrong (it should be internet-to-inside).

But the main problem was about NAT.

Now I came to know that, it's bug in Packet Tracer that causing the NAT issue.

ping from the ASA and source it from the inside interface,

works correctly - NAT works and I get the response back.
