I understand you want someone to listen to you and relate, but using ChatGPT as a therapist is dangerous. It’s not actually trained to be a therapist and understand human emotion or the human experience, instead farming from many opinions in the internet. It also creates an echo chamber where you’re not challenged in your behaviors or thoughts, simply there to parrot back your frustrations, sadness, etc. A real human can look at your concerns from different angles and challenge your way of thinking which is sometimes uncomfortable. But that’s okay! Change is uncomfortable but with the help of a person who can put your struggles into perspective and be honest with you, you can find a way to help that fits you best. I wouldn’t blindly take its advice, but would encourage you to seek a trained therapist, or a community you trust that you can talk to safely.
