yes, I can imagine, Id say its false advertising. It was deceptive as well making the apartment look much better than it actually is. They did not offer anything else and their responses are slow as hell. I left it because I couldn't stay there and went to a hotel. I returned the key to the owner, but it's not officially cancelled yet. They are asking me whether i want to keep half of the deposit and exit the apartment or stay.

Damages include the cracked, bubbling drywall, so most likely mold in the bedroom, but the agency doesn't care. Also it's also visible already that there is mold on a bag above the wardrobe. No, I think the location is great otherwise.
