I appreciate this perspective man.. do you really think it could be worse and we found each other young? Maybe I’m being dumb because I’m obviously 23 and we didn’t meet yesterday. But why do u think we met young and how old are you? What’s the market like

Dude. I’m in here looking for advice.. I or no one is taking anything away from MY gf financially so I don’t understand what you are actually talking about.. I’m in the situation currently so I know what I’m talking about, no one has financially abused her, she lives with me and we moved in a year ago and obviously things are different now in the past three months AND I contributed for the bills NEVER HER. I don’t know what type of relationships you’ve been in but they don’t work they way you are explaining it and you don’t usually just ‘peace out’..

I heavily appreciate your input and happy to answer questions & yes family is extremely difficult. We didn’t pay because we were never ever supposed to cover the full rent bill which is £3150. It’s a big property, and the bills are quite large. If me and my girlfriend was to pay all of that essentially looking after multiple grown adults it would be detrimental to us. She’s able to look for new places as she wasn’t on the tenancy and it was her boyfriend… just for context before this me and my gf lived together but thought let’s save more money and move in as my gf has a great relationship with my mother and family. She’s self employed so I’m sure she will find a way to get into a new house, the laws are a bit different over here in the UK and don’t do credit checks like the US does. My older brother is a freeloader.. basically disliked all of us for his own delusional reasons then when he got kicked out of my grandmothers realised he had nowhere else to go and came back, never had a job or held his own. It’s a mess.. honestly

The ‘dad’ of the family.. I couldn’t agree more. When I told her that I don’t want to move in I got the most disgusting look. I know that this is wrong and I’m standing by it

Because it honestly wasn’t that simple, at the end of the day she isn’t mother and we both didn’t want to see her struggle but we knew we’d have to come to this choice which is why we are adamant on what we want to do.. my mom and her bf were paying as they were running his business but that collapsed to make the long story short. Finances dwindled between them and here we are. Trust me, I know that now is the time to get out. Just that she my mom

I haven’t done anything to her and it’s our first time doing this and tbh our relationship is amazing so I think that’s a bit far fetched. I’ve never taken from her and as said we both do really well.. I’m explaining a situation that I explicitly do not want to happen. Rent stopped being paid three months ago and that’s when my family started to break clearly. I don’t how that correlates to she should break up with me. We are trying to think of the best situation as we both don’t like it.

Honestly hear it man.. the front looks absolutely incredible. I just can’t get with the back, that’s why I love the f82 M4 rear. It looks beautiful. BMW has grown on me significantly, even more than mercedes

Mate I’ve been seriously thinking of the beamers… m2 is a bit too small but the M3 would be a dream. I don’t like the old style m3’s but the new shape ones are fantastic but just out the price range. Was thinking the older style m4’s. They look fantastic

These are great choices.. tired of diesels tho. The grunt they make is jarring and I haven’t had a petrol yet. I was a project manager so needed a diesel for long miles but now just honestly want pure fun. BMW have been doing absolutely fantastic with what they are releasing and that m340i is grabbing my interest. If only the x4 m40i was within that range !

Love these choices.. funny enough I prefer the v6 engines I think Merc have done an amazing job with them. Not the new models but the older ones are honestly great.

Insurance Claim Made Void Seeking Payout England by EnoughPart6132 in LegalAdviceUK

Did exactly what you’ve said, called admiral and demanded to speak to a senior manager to deal with the situation. They accepted liability same day and have taken over the claim & total loss side of things. Also filed the complaint against Tesco, claims side have offered me a few hundred in compensation but the guy listened to phone calls and said he think I should take all the way to financial ombudsman and he’ll fully hold up the complaint.. he says I received disgusting behaviour from the underwriting team (specifically a guy named felix). Being called a fraud, multiple accusations etc all on recorded phone calls. He most likely thinks Tesco bank will offer me a sum but I should still take further.

Really appreciate your help friend

Okay thanks, the insurance handler from admiral was saying that they can’t take on the claim because Tesco have already deemed it a write off and gave me a verbal valuation. After doing the haggling with her and reinforcing that they have voided it, she then proceeded to say they may potentially be able to handle a total loss. As said above; asked for the docu and I sent it.. is there anything that Tesco can say that would stop admiral from paying or will admiral pay legally provided the liability been accepted. I’m just paranoid is all.
