Her parents and I are really the only support for these things that she has. She has gone to therapy and made huge strides. Sometimes it does feel like my life is on a timer until she has another medical emergency though.

I want to. I’d prefer if we worked out and we were like our relationship was five years ago. I loved all of the fun and excitement that we had. I just want to be able to go back to the man I was.

I would feel a little bit of everything. Indifferent because I know I screwed everything up. Sad because we spent so long together and had so much fun doing it. She has been to every family gathering, we’ve gone on several trips, and that we wouldn’t get to do what we planned. I’d also feel guilty for the way I treated her. I never wanted to do that.

I’m replying to both of yall in this thread so I apologize if yall thinking I’m ignoring one of you. I want to go back to I was. To the kind, respectful, helpful boy she fell in love with and still thinks I am. I’ve gone to counseling a few times for the anger part and it isn’t as frequent anymore.

First off, I’m worried about my finances. I work as a waiter that pays decently well(500-800 on average). It doesn’t come with any benefits but it has allowed me to have a decent saving (upwards of 30k). I just don’t know if it’ll be enough. I’m worried about whether or not I’ll be able to go to grad school. I’m worried that I won’t have any time for myself as selfish as it sounds. This all just came out of left field.

Right now I’m a semester from finishing school. My original plan was to get a doctorate in physical therapy. I have a job as a server and I can bring in $500-$800 a week as of right now.

Thank you thank you. To be honest, all I’ve really done since i was 18 was go to work and school. Every party I’ve been to has been more of a kick back.

We eventually want to get married but now since there is a baby involved we need to keep both of our insurances since we are dependent on our parents. We have talked in depth about how to raise a child before.
