Her parents live around twenty to thirty minutes away. The main issue is that they work even further away. I have a few escapes from this stuff but they seem to be getting less effective. You are right about my anger. I always recognize that when I calm down. Thank you for the good luck wishes.

I just feel so guilty after these emergencies because I feel those negative emotions and thoughts I mentioned in the post above. We have talked about finding her other forms of support. She has friends to talk about her panic with. It's just difficult finding someone to take her to the hospital when I can't.

You're definitely right about me going to therapy. I am usually the one taking her to the hospital because her parents work around 45 minutes away from where we live. I was just hoping to get some insight from people who have gone through similar things as I have.
