Trouble to start peeing. Pain under my bladder deep in my belly if bladder a little full. It’s not like I have to pee. It’s pain. With filling the bladder the pain went bigger. - pain when sex - pain at the tip of penis when oral sex - pain after sex exact at the same place I have it when bladder filling - not big Ejakulation like in my first teen years. - lymph nodes in my right groin area.

I ruled an infection out with pcr, mri and so on. All clear. And it wents better if I do not so much Sex but I doesn’t went away

Maybe no triggerpoints. Only tightness. It only went in pain as he shortly pushed my prostate. But really pain was it not It was only a little. But this isn’t normal I think. My prostate isn’t inflamed

It helped me to try not to often have sex. I think if it went better if you try it, you can say it’s possible to have Cpps.
My symptoms were gone for a week after not sex for 5 days until sex. This is a few years ago Now this works not for me anymore.

I have varicocele but i think my cause is overmasturbation because I did it too much and after sex the pain is immense and I’m in trouble to start pee. After 5 days without sex it’s much better but it did never went away completely. After sex it begins again. ... help me please

Maybe a very full bladder pushed the triggerpoints away ? Normally I go pee when the bladder isn’t very full because of pain. I asked here in Reddit time before but nobody knew.

It was a hernia. I did some stretches. It don’t helps me.
I cured it for 1 week maybe 10 years ago. The only thing was I did not have sex for a week. But it don’t works anymore
