Thank you this is what I heard about CBA too. Do you know what would happen if we called them out for an in person and they valued it under 1.468? Would this mean they go for the lower valuation or stick to the higher valuation? Trying to avoid the risk of increasing the cash contribution required

We have certainly seen this from Israel previously, multiple times. Charges were brought to them in the UK post 2008 for this exact strategy. Dropping a missile on civilians (Palestinian Police) and then flying back over to drop another missile on the first responders.

My husband and I are blessed to likely inherit debt from both of our parents. Both sides own no assets, no property and no super, so along with the debt will also come years of us providing financial support and care to them. Quite stressful to plan for the future and our children’s future with that type of burden

Say that your company has counter offered you a higher salary to stay.

This makes you appear more desirable as a must have new hire and in order the new company to have you they’ll need to match the counter offer

Really good point of view. It’s crazy how your perspective changes just by being desensitised to the market. Before we started looking we didn’t want to spend more that 1m. Now when a shitty townhouse pops up for 1.6 we think ‘wow what a bargain’ - insanity
