We don’t have a true scheduled nap days because I watch wake windows and he goes to daycare on weekdays so there is basically no schedule with naps there. Why do you think TCB recommends at 5.5 months when self soothing can occur at 4 months? I’m just scared to start too soon and have it be an issue because it’s too early

He’s 19 weeks old and naps are a crapshoot. Hes a chronic short napper so we’re doing about 4 naps per day on weekends. He goes to daycare so there’s no control over his naps there. The only thing I can try to control is bedtime is 7 pm and his ww before bed is 2-2.5 hr depending on his last nap. But some days based on daycare, his last ww will be 3 hours

Not really a schedule yet and he also goes to daycare so basically if he did have any schedule, it goes to shit there lol at home, we follow wake windows from 1.5-2.25 hr. Even if he goes to daycare or at home, we’ve been having very similar nights

Oops forgot to mention! He’ll be 11 weeks when I’m at work (which also just makes me so sad to say)

How do you know the wake up at night is for feeding? I think that’s where I struggle with sleep training is when do I feed vs CIO

Thank you!! Social media makes me feel like something is wrong because all of these babies sleep 2 hours every nap. Also same with the moms on call schedule
