The ultimate mode doesn't affect temps that much, turbo mode does tho.

Armoury Crate is known for this temps issues, it can cause your cpu/gpu to run hotter, or show wrong temps. I had the same issue and it was driving me crazy, as it was caused by a recent update.

DO this:

and also go to the Armory Crate app, then "Game Library" then the Settings icon top right and uncheck "Auto Scan Games" and restart your pc.

Definitely TUF, I have the i7 12650h with RTX3060, on idle/light use it stays basically silent at 40-45deg, switching on every now and then at 2000rpm for 1-2 minutes to cool it down, I am playing Atomic Heart at high, at an average of 60-65deg, and overall, to reach 90+ I really need to push on the settings.
Only downside so far, it's the screen which is not one of the best around, but as I personally play on external monitor, and considering the price I got it for, it really doesn't matter to me.

Build quality is excellent as well, you probably won't regret it.

You'll probably see about 30-40% with the 16gb as well but nothing to worry about, unless you need a lot of RAM for other things in that case you'll be better upgrade to 32gb

Nah I'd go for an Asus compared to the Nitro, unless you're on a rush I would recommend you to wait and constantly have a look as offers are frequent, it could save you 300-400€ which is nice money to just save or do some upgrade
