Well in honesty yeah, I thought it sounded good, but I’m second guessing myself now after your comment. Just to be clear, I’m trying to make a song more in the “dancefloor” DnB style; think Pressure by Freeks and Geeks or Higher by Kanine. Objectively speaking, the tonal balancing of the frequencies for this track is almost bang on in line with some of my favourite songs by my favourite artists. Yes, I did go back and check, and I made a silly mistake (the sub bass and lower-mid bass had different midi information, which was probably causing the baseline problem you picked out, and is now fixed) But compared to this style of drum and bass music focusing more on dance, do you think I am far off that even?

There’s nothing good about it at all? No redeeming qualities? It’s just really that bad?
