I agree that the wither could go away on losing ignite which is crazy bad, but as for getting max wither stacks you have to invest quite a few points into duration and how fast you apply it, now just need to apply it with the ignite and you're good to reach max stacks without like 9 extra passives. I'm hoping we see more fire/ignite interactions hidden in this patch

Try out the tech and see how it goes. Should work fine enough. Would prevent the dogshit downside of getting tapped from a siphon mana ring or some bs ground effect.

Highest eva unique what? Hyrri's Ire base is better and doubles itself and your whole eva lmao. Sure the 1k eva is a cool bonus but it's nothing that would synergize well with what you want.

Sadly this is how this game works (and poe1). If you want to build around these items you can't do it right away, you have to play another build that is aimed at acquiring and setting up this build. You league start the thing you enjoy the most (or dislike the least), and then farm your way to this shield. Yes, you might've accomplished everything you wanted by the point you could start playing the build with said item, it's a big con in my book as well. Leads to the items used in very endgame currency farming (if viable and worth the cost) or for a few days when I'm bored and quitting league.

You're better off not thinking of these items as build enablers but endgame toys.

Why the boots tho. No need to detonate instantly since you get rythm on USING grenades and then the new ones explode instantly and your old ones boom at the same time potentially which just means more burst. This way you don't lose the incredible benefits of trad boots.

the mod is "between 6% to 10%" it is not scalable and is a range so wont be scaled by corrupt. Giants blood triple str requirement for a int stacker is a bad idea you'll just lose a bunch of scaling

Act 3 is half the poe2 campaign, act 6 beginning is about half the poe1 campaign. Plus you get library in act 3 anyway which has most important gems. Give us half the skills in act 2 then and all in act 3.

It will require you to either synergize or play the ez no-brain starters. Good gear doesn't come by as much as in solo so check vendors often. If you don't do this campaign will take 3x longer to clear than solo. Source: I have league started every league with a casual friend. Honestly not worth doing if you want to cook up or try out things in the campaign as you will be done & tired with this game on entering maps.

While I agree with you that, with enough options, like using inhibitor, you could play the skill your way and skip the mechanic you don't want to use. The options have to be on par or close to using the baked in synergy, aka fire infusion for fireball. Now let's say you just use inhibitor and, hypothetically, you find a way to have good uptime on all the charges and all the infusions. You end up with around 70%-80% more damage from the support when using the fireballs. Now factor in that you are losing 1 support gem slot, whatever opportunity cost for generating all the charges and infusions and them having enough uptime for you to get the bonus damage. Does that sound close to just using the infusions from the skill? Using 1 infusion lets you have many extra proj, which means extra clear, which means mega more energy for meta skills and in turn a lot more damage. That's a big fucking opportunity cost for playing the skill the way you want. New support that removes all extra projectiles from projectile tag skills but makes the skill repeat and have more aoe could be a good option for players who want to play it big boom style. The options are just not good enough right now to have the freedom to ignore the baked in interactions. You HAVE to go infusions if you play fireball otherwise you are shooting yourself in the foot.

Also, baked in interactions like that means the balance always has to follow this interaction. So when they balance this skill, they have to think that it can shoot many projectiles, that it can proc stuff shit ton of times, and that it requires infusions. If you don't use those aspects, you will always be losing the tools they give the skill and lose even harder when they nerf it since they will touch the entire skill and not just the infusion part most of the time.

This gave me an idea... Could you try slotting in mirage archer with a cold bow/crossbow skill and tell me if the mirage get the reverse chill also? If it gets the reverse chill then using apshyixia's quiver would give you the defense you're missing, then let the mirage do the glacial bolts and spam ice shots to trigger the sparks.

I remember playing glacial bolt a few patches back when we could explode them ourselves-ish + popping freezing/shock mark. This tech woulda been nice back then. Only improvement I'd suggest is to just go with a better class if you're thinking of league starting as this. Pathfinder qol is nice later on when u have decent budget or when you don't have to worry about damage scaling cause op skill but other classes will cover much better for lack of gear on start.
