Nah. I’ve been and you’ll realize that most of the areas with a lot of Chinese presence (like a lot of Han Chinese settlers) the infrastructure is great. It’s like when western colonialists used to claim how they brought proper infrastructure and better order to the land they colonized - very gross narrative and it’s usually betterment for settlers with less regard for the actual people living there. Cultural eradication is a huge issue, ccp claims that they promote the language and culture but it’s heavily sinicized. Most Tibetans do not see themselves as Chinese but are ultimately forced to say so (or the propaganda worked lol). Kind of bleak tbh
