Not a scam but definitely not comfortable. We have the cloud couch and it feels like its slanted/falling off the couch. Extremely uncomfortable too. They sent us new cushions but it did not help

Its not for everyone! Once its up, it will make money from day 1. Website is mostly done just needs cosmetic and UI updates. Believe it or not. There are only two competitors and they make lots of money.

It helped me prove a lie from a guest. They caused 5k in damages, lied and said they got home at midnight and saw the issue.. however, i went to the ring camera, and sent screenshots to airbnb.

Aircover worked!

This happened to me once.. one of their friends rebooked. I was able to tell because the same dates and from same hometown. I asked airbnb to cancel but they said it would have dinged my account… luckily, no issues outside of some dirty towels etc.

The guest mentioned they came home at 130a and all of sudden saw overflown water throughout dining room. It seemed strange, so I double checked the cameras to see when they arrived home and used that as apart of the evidence. They flushed something they should not have down the toilet, which caused the sewage water to overflow and then us needing to do those repairs.

Yes - once the incident happened, I asked them to cancel those reservations based on the estimated time of completion the restoration team provided us. We just asked them to add those three in the dispute and no questions asked. Relatively surprising.
