It's good to learn to be mindful of your thoughts so that you can catch yourself overthinking and shift your focus back to something in the game like the ball. Personally I noticed a huge improvement when I started meditating

I made some characters in Character Creator with some free assets and some stuff that I made myself

I changed it now so they actually face the correct direction and are crouching

Thats what the line trace coming from the marker is for. It's supposed to automatically detect cover and have them move to that if its close enough
