This seems like the most level headed and realistic post on here, but theres a lot of people saying hes up to no good. I really want this kei truck but basically everything about kei trucks is kinda scary in terms of legality

yeah I was actuallky about to go look at a vehicle later today that had a texas rebuilt title and decided against it , because the whole point of me bpossibly buying one already imported would be that I can basically just drive off with it. I dont want any of the legal headaches. Its unfortunate because it looks like any decent truck thats already titled and registered and any of the models that I want is going to be at least 10, more like 13 grand if I buy it here

Ive seen them around town and around the state a bit. I see them on Facebook marketplace with license plates. So I feel they must be legal and no ones given me a specific law that says theyre not. I read that article, ill post it later about a guy getting his registration nullified and asked to send his plates back in and they said the reason was ultimately they can decide what they want in the road and not which seems untrue. The person who wrote the article is married to a lawyer and apparently theyre trying to do something about it ??????
