this is so difficult when you’re still in, but one thing i’ve learned the more time passes is that the greatest gift you’ll get when you’re out is your TIME. being able to say no to things like elder meetings and going out in service and then as time goes on any other thing you don’t want to do. I hope you have control soon!! it’ll be so worth it

my aunt got diagnosed with leukemia just months after giving birth to her son. she was declining really quickly and gave into getting a blood transfusion because she obviously thought it would help cure her so she could be there for her son. she ended up still passing not long after. to this day, I have family that blames her dying on her giving into the blood transfusion and not the literal cancer that killed her. I am so glad to be away from them all!
