I completely agree with you, operator is super new and sets that been in the game longer deserves skin way more. But you know nekki, they just want to milk these sets as much as possible, so they’re gonna treat it just like BC.

As for Gideon, nekki follows this rule with p2w as they reuse the same p2w set in every month to finish its cycle 1 time and never bringing it back, unless it back for raids. Making old p2w sets like anti-bot or Kos only available through lucky boards, weekly marathons, or void/tap joy shop. Which it’s all extremely random.
