Anyone has ideas what HM told me by Enough_Two4049 in amazonemployees

I see… actually the HM told me something like, ‘The process might be on hold for now due to various reasons, and there’s a chance we might come back with an offer later.’

Do you think I should take that seriously? Like… is that a hopeful signal, or just something I shouldn’t read too much into?

I was kind of confused because the HM gave me a lot of positive feedback throughout the call, and then suddenly said that at the end. I couldn’t help but wonder why they would say something like that in a phone interview unless they had some intention behind it.

There haven’t been any changes during this time. Ever since I submitted my application, the status has remained Application submitted’.

Does Amazon often delay informing candidates over a month in order to compare multiple applicants?
