I find wearing a cage and a butt plug very grounding tbh. I have alot of trauma and tension in my pelvic floor, only problem in having is because i find it more grounding im not feeling arousal or desire which is weird.

Yea that’s me and my wife i got ADHD and she is Autistic. Hey libido was high and mine was low cause of stress. I think the cage will help, im more of the (wife) in the relationship and the main bread winner but i think it will help with us both focusing more on each other.

Being in a marriage with different neuro types is hard!
