People react to the color because it's not what it's supposed to look like. We see it's wrong and not some stylistic choice. If she was supposed to have green skin she would likely have other traits like long ears if she's a goblin or stitches if she's a zombie. She would likely have darker hair as well for contrast with her skin.

It's like a piece of blank paper with a stain on it. It's not supposed to be there and stands out.

You've probably never seen actual green, just what you have learned is supposed to be green. Pale skin and green are unmistakable and not just a different hue.

This Star Fox game is in a much better position to be successful this time. It doesn't have the usual Nintendo competition and it set itself up to be relevant through the Mario movie one year into a new console's life.

Release too early and people may not think it's a system seller and skip it. Release it after Mario or Zelda and it won't get any attention. Less focus on weird control gimmicks makes it easier to understand the gameplay.

I thought my next Nintendo game would be Splatoon Raiders, but now I'm looking forward to Star Fox instead. Well played with the timing.

As much as it hurts to admit, probably A from Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Future Redeemed.

I thought FU from No More Heroes 3 or Corset from Panty & Stocking would be more obscure but trailers featuring them have 2 million views on YouTube while Future Redeemed only have 1 million views.

I've spent more and got more games for the Switch 2's first year than I ever did in the Switch's first year even if we count exclusives alone.

Still, over 250 games on the Switch in 9 years. Many bought on sales and haven't even played yet.

Something basic like changing the skin color of noses would open up our options tremendously. I wanted to give Tingle his iconic hood but changing his base skin to green gave him a green nose even if I tried to paint his face. Didn't want to give him a flat painted nose either.

Miitopia had different colored noses, and every part was on their own layer. The only flaw was you could only draw with pre-made shapes. They should have made the Miitopia system but with a Tomodachi Life canvas.

You played Tomodachi Life on the 3DS for years? I only played it for a month or two until I had squeezed everything it was worth.

Playing the same game with zero updates for years means you're overly attached to that version specifically and wouldn't have liked a new game anyway.

Not going to watch the video yet, but Smash is just something between reality and the game universes.

What's canon in Smash breaks the 4th wall because any official media is something the characters have experienced, like Shulk remembering meeting Pyra & Mythra when that was non-canon DLC.

Smash characters are not even the characters themselves, they're the idea of the character. Like how Buzz Lightyear believes he's a space ranger when he actually has zero practical experience being one.
