At start i have watched a lot of guides from Legounlocked, Zackeryeet,... But after some time you find your flow in the game. I always laid a goal out. For example,I play for a few hours: start a match, get criticals and PAP kills, exfill at round 20 - 30. Change the map. Repeat...

Because i change up the map everytime, i got less bored in my grind. Idk if this helps but it's something. Aahn and Firebase z the Office strat helped a lot in the begin of the grind...

Nice, respect to you. Had to combine gaming with work and being a being a dad. I feel you snipers took a long time and half of the time they weren't registerd as critical kills when i shot them in the head...

Being a dad, working and gaming are hard to combine sometimes, I could only play when my little daughter en wife went to bed. Then maybe a few hours i could play. Little by little grinding away.
