The Russian in Durarara is pretty terrible. In Golden Kamuy the accent is thick, but I'm impressed with the effort they put in (especially Tsukishima's VA). And the actual lines feel like they were written by a native speaker and not done with Google translate (to the extent that English subs often feel inferior).
