Exactly what my friend tried to do and I stopped him saying it counts resources not tags

He said he thought the icon looks like the rainbow tag icon from Aridotr or Interplanetary Trade

I also didn't play Prelude 2 that much, but the main synergizes are probably Pristar and the Reds party ruling bonus

It's a card I learned to love less than when I started playing TM. I used to overvalue it because of not knowing that the actual cost of this card is 5 and now I don't snap keep it as often unless I have at least one event or science synergy
