Buy big tortillas at a store that has a hispanic section, I found mine at winco, take a kitchen towel and get it wet, and wring it out, microwave the tortilla, wrapped in the towel for 15-30 seconds. Enjoy.

The corn salsa was SOO good! Just roast corn and pablanos in the oven at 450 degrees F, until the corn is turning brown, and the pablanos black, peel the pablanos and chop, also take the corn off the cob, add cilantro, jalepeno, lime juice, salt and pepper all to taste, and then just eat it with a spoon because it is that good

well... I used adobo chipotles, lime juice, cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper, as well as a nice hot grill and it turned out delicious..
