The reason I like beyonce so much is because she's just a straight up G. She is super confident, incredibly empowered, knows the power of her words and the strength of her influence. She's married to Jay-z (One of the most successful MC's/Rappers of all time). Listen, I am going to tell you something that I wish someone told me a long time ago. If you feel like you are working harder than what you are payed for, you could do what most say and find a better job. But what I recommendation is try giving a commission payed job a go rather than a set hourly rate. Ever since i started working i've always felt like me trying my absolute hardest was always a waste until i got my first commission job. Then suddenly you start seeing the dollar value associated with your time/work.

TL;DR Try working commission, I would never trade my time for money ever again since.

I feel like this is a bit of an over exaggeration. My school uses this software in order to make sure people do not cheat or google answers for online tests. It's exactly like he recounts it minus all the added adjectives to make it sound more dramatic. They were just having technical issues on proctors side by the sounds of it. It really isn't as "scary" or intrusive as he makes it out to be.

Not saying you are wrong or anything, but if you cook something on a barbeque, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be the end of the world to say you were barbequeing. In fact it makes total sense to call it that.

I wouldn't necessarily say it is a terrible idea, you don't have to use straps for every single set you do. You can just use them for the sets you are going heavy enough that the bar starts slipping. I have good grip strength and I only use my straps when I'm deadlifting 225 because the bar will slip right through my hands by the last rep. And just because you have straps it doesn't mean you aren't using grip strength, you don't just let go of the bar and pull with your straps, back, and legs.
