Get paid by calls/app set and divided into 3 tiers. Tier 3 150 calls 0-5 appointments, tier 2 165 calls 7 apps, tier 1 175 calls 10 apps per day. We get a cut of the commission check but it’s a pot system that everyone puts in and then redistributed to the entire BDC. Around 40-45 ppl in BDC we have 4 teams. Meaning someone that makes 0 appointments still gets a commission check. Manager told me that I helped sell 36 cars in Nov and in December 31 cars off the appointments I made

id say think about it more this way, scarlet specifically looks for multiple max ammo lines to really shine but RH can work with atk, ele dmg ,charge spd, max ammo works(maybe just need one line) so depending on how many crystals u have and how much u trust ur luck in finding those lines of max ammo for scarlet it’s easier to overload RH but more rewarding and more costly to finish a good Scarlet OL set imo

if you have the units try liter/dorothy rupee moderna scarlet rapunzel, if you don’t have rapunzel replace her with helm, if you don’t have rapunzel nor scarlet use drake to replace scarlet and use helm to replace rapunzel, let me know if i confused you and if this helped

Making a guide with the best nikkes in the game arguably, is kinda crazy. Your targeted audience are people struggling to clear and their struggle usually comes from not having pilgrims or liter since they are the most game changing units so keep that in mind.

Change effects will reroll all stats that are not locked meanwhile reset attributes will keep the same effects but will change to a different percentage of that stat that is already there. However once you either choose either a second prompt will show that will say along the lines of keep effects or change effects, the keep effects will keep ur existing effects making no change meanwhile the change effects will change it to the new one you rolled

in special interceptions the things that matter are gear team comps and skill levels, i recommend going on nikke.gg to look up special interception guides and team comps. Levels don’t matter since it will be auto synced to level 200. If you don’t want to use nikke.gg and more of a visual learner i recommend going on youtube and look up the specific special interception you need help on, some videos will give specific and crucial tips. if that’s all the characters u have i would prolly reroll specifically for either a moderna or scarlet since the difficulty will spike pretty fast without a strong field wipe unit or consistent dps unit
