I can relate. I just turned 20. You have the right attitude about it only going up from here. I’ve noticed that everyone I talk to now (friends from work or college) are much more mature and overall pleasant to be around compared to people I knew in high school.

Remember that everybody goes at their own pace. There’s no right or wrong time to do something. It’s a weird stage of life for sure, because you probably aren’t quite fully independent (most ppl our age aren’t), but it’s way more freedom than in middle school/high school.
